Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Guava Partners collects only what you send us through the contact form or by email, uses it to reply about your project, and never sells it. Last updated October 7, 2026.
01
What we collect.
When you fill in the project form on guava.partners we receive the details you type: your first name, work email, store URL, what you need help with, an optional budget range and an optional description of your challenge. If you email [email protected] we receive your message and email address.
Like any website, our servers and security tools also record technical data for each visit: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking pixels on this site.
02
How we use it.
- To reply to your request, review your store and send the opportunities, estimate or proposal you asked for.
- To send one automatic confirmation email when you submit the form.
- To keep the site secure: blocking spam, abusive traffic and attacks.
We do not add you to a newsletter, sell your data or share it for advertising.
03
Who processes it for us.
A few providers handle data on our behalf, only to run the site and our email:
- Web hosting: stores the site, the form submissions and server logs.
- Cloudflare: delivers the site and filters malicious traffic. It may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
- Wordfence: the site firewall, which logs IP addresses of blocked or suspicious requests.
- Our email provider: receives form notifications and the replies we send you.
Some of these providers process data in the United States. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
04
How long we keep it.
Form submissions and related emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last conversation, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case they are kept for as long as the engagement and our legal and accounting obligations require. Security logs are kept for a short period and rotated automatically.
05
Your rights.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 20 business days. Depending on where you live, laws such as Mexico’s Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (ARCO rights) or US state privacy laws such as the CCPA may give you additional rights; we honor them.
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
06
Changes and contact.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and its date. Questions about privacy go to [email protected].
