E-commerce development
Shopify and WooCommerce development with CRO built in.
Custom storefronts, landing pages, headless builds and replatforms on Shopify and WooCommerce, for wellness, health and regulated DTC brands. Designed from your reviews and your metrics, not from a template.
What we build
From one landing page to a full replatform.
Fast, accessible and maintainable. You keep documented code your next hire can read.
- Custom storefronts
- Shopify themes and WooCommerce builds around how your customers actually shop: navigation, collections and product pages built for the decision.
- Landing pages
- Campaign and product pages for paid traffic, built to be tested, not just launched.
- Headless builds
- When the theme is the bottleneck, a headless front end on top of your Shopify or WooCommerce back end.
- Redesigns and replatforms
- Moving between platforms, from WooCommerce to Shopify or the other way round, or rebuilding where you are, with the revenue pages protected through the switch.
- Subscription, review and cart stacks
- The apps DTC brands run on, configured and styled as part of the store, not bolted on.
- Regulated category features
- Age and state gating, shipping restrictions and lab results shown where buyers decide.
What a project includes
A website designed from your reviews and your metrics.
Every build is CRO-informed: research decides the design. Ongoing A/B testing after launch is the CRO program, a separate engagement. Scope is agreed before kick-off; anything outside it is quoted, never assumed.

Process
Three approval gates, no surprises.
Nothing large gets built on an assumption you have not seen.
Brief, kick-off and research
We audit the current store, read your reviews and map the funnel before any visual work.
Architecture
A sitemap and page skeletons agreed before design starts.
ApprovalDesign, copy and assets
Mobile-first screens, copywriting and custom assets, with each conversion decision written down.
Development
Theme or headless build from the agreed components, plus the app stack.
ApprovalQA and launch
QA is always ours, whoever wrote the code. Then we launch. From there, keep optimizing with the CRO program, keep the store maintained with a care plan, or both.

FAQ
E-commerce development questions.
Can you work on our existing theme?
Yes. Many projects start from the current theme: new landing pages, a rebuilt product page or a new navigation. A full rebuild is only on the table when the audit says the theme is the problem.
Shopify or WooCommerce: which should we be on?
It depends on your catalog, your apps and plugins, your payment processor and how much control you need over the back end. In regulated categories the processor often decides it. The audit looks at all of it and we recommend one, including staying where you are.
Who owns the code?
You do. You keep documented, maintainable code and the decisions behind it, so your next developer is not starting from zero.
Do you build for regulated categories like hemp and supplements?
That is most of our work. Age and state gating, shipping restrictions, claims-safe copy and lab results are part of the build, not an afterthought.
What happens after launch?
The build ends at launch. From there you choose: the CRO program keeps testing what the build started, and a care plan keeps the store monitored, QA’d and updated. Either, both or neither.
