CRO program

A CRO program for e-commerce brands that tests instead of guessing.

Audit, hypothesis, test and report on the Shopify and WooCommerce pages that carry your revenue. We lead strategy, testing and QA end to end, for brands and for the agencies behind them.

The program

Every stage ends with something in your hands.

On Shopify, tests run on Intelligems; on WooCommerce, on a testing tool that fits your stack. Measurement starts from GA4 funnels, heatmaps and session recordings.

Two ways to run it

For brands, and for agencies who would rather not staff this.

Brand-side

We build and ship everything.

Strategy, build, QA and reporting sit with us. You approve the bets and watch the numbers.

Best when there is no in-house dev capacity to spare.

Agency-side

We lead, your developers build.

We own strategy, specs, testing and QA. Your team builds from our briefs. White-label if you want it.

Best when you have developers but no CRO practice.

Honest qualification

Testing needs traffic. Below the line, we say so.

One-time program
1,000 to 1,500 monthly visitors to the pages under test.
Monthly retainer
3,000+ monthly sessions, running one or two tests at a time.
One-time duration
5 to 8 weeks from audit to results report.

These are rules of thumb. Before recommending a test we calculate whether your actual traffic and conversion rate can detect a useful lift. For lower-traffic stores we recommend a one-time audit with a quarterly cadence instead: the same thinking, without paying for tests that cannot reach significance.

Pricing

Start with an audit, keep the loop running.

Starting ranges in USD. Final scope and price are confirmed on the discovery call.

One-time audit

$1.5k to $3k

2 to 3 weeks

Ranked findings with the fixes specified, ready to hand to any team.

CRO retainer

$2.5k to $5k a month

Monthly

The full loop, running continuously against your revenue pages. Scales with traffic and cadence; the lower band is agency-side.

FAQ

CRO questions.

How much traffic do I need for A/B testing?

As a rule of thumb, 1,000 to 1,500 monthly visitors to the pages being tested for a one-time program, and 3,000 or more monthly sessions for an ongoing retainer. Before recommending a test we run the numbers on your real traffic and conversion rate. If a test cannot reach significance, we will recommend an audit instead.

Which testing tool do you use?

Intelligems is our default on Shopify because it is native to the platform. On WooCommerce we pick the tool with you, based on your stack and traffic. The audit itself uses GA4 funnels, heatmaps and session recordings.

Who builds the test variants?

Your developers or ours. Either way we write the spec and QA every variant before it goes live.

How are regulated categories handled in tests?

Variants are written so a lift does not create a compliance problem later: claims, age and state gating, and lab results are reviewed as part of the brief.

Can we white-label the program for our clients?

Yes. Agency-side, we lead strategy, specs, testing and QA under your name and your team builds from our briefs.
